Ingram Marshall (born May 10, 1942 in Mount Vernon, New York) is an American composer and a previous student of Vladimir Ussachevsky and Morton Subotnick. He is better known for his electronic works.

He has written for the Kronos Quartet: Voces Resonae (1984) and Fog Tropes II.
